I never fill these things in but feel compelled to. Wow…that was the best experience I’ve EVER had at ANY auto shop. Their communication, professionalism and knowledge are incredible. They take videos of what they see and they even have a solid warrantee to back up their work. I’m a big fan and will definitely be bringing my truck back should anything be needed. I’ve had great experiences with SWC Automotive. The team is professional, honest, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Their digital inspections are a huge plus because you can actually see what they’re talking about instead of just being told what your vehicle needs. The courtesy vehicle option makes the whole process way easier, and the warranty on their work gives real peace of mind. I took my vehicle to SWC Automotive Harvester location in Burlington for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation after receiving their flyer in the mail. The price charged was exactly as advertised. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They have a really clean shop and ensure transparency. A detailed report with maintenance recommendations was provided. Excellent Service. All work done on my car was done on time and of a very high standard . I have dealt with SWC for a few years now and have never been disappointed with the work they do . From the time you first go ( no matter what the problem ) in to the time you pick up your vehicle the service is First and you are made to feel very confident with the work being done. The Service Manager Sandra is very knowledgeable and the guys in the shop do excellent work. Matthew work on my car this time. The whole experience is very good. For those who require a Loner vehicle they also arrange that so you are never without a vehicle , which is very important for a lot of people. I would and have recommended SWC to many people.
