It was time to schedule the tire swap and thought I would give them a try. Very professional, friendly and easy to book an appointment. The value added, I was able to obtain a loaner car for the day which was fantastic as I could go about running my errands without interruption. The service team took photos of my vehicle, ran a complete diagnostic and emailed me the results with suggestions. I truly appreciate it as there were certain items that needed to be attended to, due to safety and with out Canadian winter quickly approaching. The biggest surprise, a thank you note left on the dash along with a couple of mints. I had to smile. Customer service all the way. Thank you for a great first time experience. See you in the Spring. I never fill these things in but feel compelled to. Wow…that was the best experience I’ve EVER had at ANY auto shop. Their communication, professionalism and knowledge are incredible. They take videos of what they see and they even have a solid warrantee to back up their work. I’m a big fan and will definitely be bringing my truck back should anything be needed.
