This shop gets an easy 5/5 stars. They send you a detailed report of your car including picture proof of any issues. Very trustworthy mechanic. They also loaned me a car for free for the day, just had to pay for gas of course! Thanks again

Just went for a tire repair and what an amazing experience... No over billing, reasonably priced, outstanding service... they even have loaner cars, so that one is not inconvenienced.... They highlighted other issues in the car and there was no pressure to get the same done as of yesterday I would love to go to them always from now on

We brought in our car for inspection and repairs. They were very pleasant to work with, great customer service, did not feel pressured into additional services and repairs. They provided a very comprehensive report of the inspection (including videos and pictures) and an itemized list for the cost of labor and parts. They also provided a loaner car while ours was being looked at. We appreciate the honesty and transparency and will be returning.

Friendly service and very professional. They will tell you what is wrong and recommend what needs to be fixed but never pressure you on getting things done that are not urgent. There is follow up with the repairs to see if everything is going well. Very trust worthy and means a lot when it comes to mechanics and garages.

I am a new customer at SWC Automotive and so far had a very good experience with them. Nick and Rob were very patient and knowledgeable in explaining the required repairs. The work was done professionally and in a timely fashion. Having a loaner/shuttle car available, makes it very convenient for the customers. I believe the name of the shop is very appropriate: Service With Care. Planing on continuing with a maintenance of my car at SWC.

I’m so glad I found SWC Automotive In Burlington. Heard a noise which I thought was going to be a costly repair. SWC checked things out , let me know it wasn’t anything to be concerned about , did some minor work to make things run even better. They took me in fast and had my car out by noon.. They were very helpful, courteous, and I felt the overall cost of service fair. I trust them with my vehicle and know they are going to be honest and upfront with me which I appreciate I’ll be taking my car back for any future repairs

I was looking for a new shop and SWC was recommended by a couple of friends. Really liked dealing with them. Very professional, organized, clean and friendly! Nice report, pictures, details, why and urgency on what their findings were. I have 3 other vehicles and will be taking them to SWC for service. While happy with the experience 2 items Im not a fan of having a charge for finding the problem. I understand time is money, but why not add it as part of the price of the overall job. It would be nice if the report included the cost for each recommended 3.

Best service ever. They found problem that no one was able to found since 2022 (squeaking sound) So only because of that 5⭐️But also great customer service,everything was very quick. And was ready to help me from 7:55am . Best experience ever. From mechanics and at desk ,especially Polish guy (Sorry do not remember name).
