I had a great experience with SWC, After taking my 2022 GMC to the dealer thinking it was under warranty for a A/C compressor, not only charge me over $300 to diagnose (witch took 5 min) then to tell me its out of warranty by 2000km and they can't get the part it's back ordered could take weeks. It took 25 min just to get my bill. So I drove it over to SWC where Sandra welcomed me with open arms. Not only did she take care of the truck in a timely matter with a rebuilt factory part and 2 year warranty for a reusable price, then took a payment over the phone and left the key in it so I can pick it up when it was convenient for me. NOT 25 MINUTES. thank you to the whole team at SWC.

Not only do they have knowledgeable mechanics, they provide a full report of all issues found with photos and a description letting you know which ones are urgent and which ones will need attention. Excellent Service. All work done on my car was done on time and of a very high standard . I have dealt with SWC for a few years now and have never been disappointed with the work they do . From the time you first go ( no matter what the problem ) in to the time you pick up your vehicle the service is First and you are made to feel very confident with the work being done. The Service Manager Sandra is very knowledgeable and the guys in the shop do excellent work. Matthew work on my car this time. The whole experience is very good. For those who require a Loner vehicle they also arrange that so you are never without a vehicle , which is very important for a lot of people. I would and have recommended SWC to many people.

Takes customer service to another level, main dealers could learn a lot. Also reasonably priced and felt like good value for money, received an honest to goodness appraisal and final invoice was less than discussed at checkin because some items that “may” be required, weren’t actually needed, refreshing tbh.
