What to Expect

Your First Visit

Courtesy Vehicle Inspection - We will inspect your vehicle to ensure that it is performing at an optimal and safe level. Based on our findings, we will provide a Vehicle Status Review with an estimate for any services and repairs that are needed. We will then proceed according to your instructions.

Maintenance Preference - We will discuss an ongoing Maintenance Schedule that suits your vehicle and driving habits. This Schedule will then be entered into your customer file.

Your Next Visit - We will book your next appointment according to the agreed Maintenance Schedule to suit your availability.

All Future Visits

Reminders - Two weeks before each scheduled visit, we will call to confirm the service is due and set a time that works for you.

Courtesy Inspection - The same courtesy inspection and reporting process described above is completed at each visit. 

Transportation - Let us know if you need a ride. The SWC Automotive Customer Shuttle Service is available within Burlington for your convenience.

Work Process - Our facility is furnished with modern diagnostic and repair equipment. Only qualified technicians will work on your vehicle. We will never do any repairs without your authorization.

Maintenance & Repair Records - We will set up a file to track all maintenance and repairs performed or recommended.

On Time & Done Right - Every time we repair your vehicle, we drive it, and we contact you a few days later to ensure your total satisfaction.


All parts and labour are guaranteed North America-wide for at least 24 months and 40,000 kilometers from the initial service date, not to exceed manufacturers' warranties, unless otherwise stated on your invoice.

Code of Ethics

We will always explain exactly what repairs are required and why before we proceed with any work on your vehicle. When the job is done we will explain ALL charges thoroughly.

The Service Advisor and Technician assigned to your vehicle will answer any questions you may have. 

In order to ensure the safety and performance of your vehicle, we rely on honest communication with our customers. Please advise us of any concerns that you have about your vehicle so that we can provide the best possible service and repairs.

Labour Charges

Our Technicians' time is billed at competitive rates. The total labour estimate is calculated by using either actual hours spent on the repair, referring to an industry approved labour time guide, or by a job package menu price.


We use only high quality parts backed by a North America-wide warranty. If requested, we will make your worn out parts available to you.
