Things To Look For To Find The Right Car Mechanic

Great contact person. A report was prepared and sent to me for review. A game plan was established as I could not correct everything at once. Will definitely be going back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lifesavers!
Our truck broke down over 600 km from home, and after calling five other shops that couldn’t fit us in, we had it towed to SWC Automotive on Graham’s Lane.

Sandra and the team took us in right away without hesitation. They diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly, getting us back on the road by the very next day. They truly live up to their "Service With Care" motto—even down to the thoughtful thank-you note and mints left in the truck.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. If you need honest, professional, and caring automotive service in Burlington, SWC should be your first choice!

Brought my car to SWC Automotive for an oil change, They also did a complete check of my car, like everything you can think of, at no extra charge. They found an issue with the inner and outer tie rod and sent me a video and pictures verifying the issue. As far as I know, I don't think any other auto shop provides pictures, videos and an extensive report on the condition of your car, SWC does. Richard

I was in a pinch and I contacted swc they had my vehicle in the shop within a few days and had the large job done by the weekend. I highly recommend these guys. They were knowledgeable professional and really quick!! As well as honest and upfront with me. They even gave me a pretty good price considering the job I had done. I’m more than happy with the service they did. I will be using them for all my family’s vehicle needs from this point forward.

We needed service at the last minute, and guys were able to fit us in right away. They spent half the day doing everything they could to get us back on the road, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

The team was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire process. They kept us updated every step of the way, sent us a detailed inspection report and quote, called to explain everything, and were always on top of communication. They even made things easy by taking payment over the phone.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. We truly appreciate everything they did for us and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional service.

I am very pleased with the friendly, professional and affordable service experienced on Tuesday, July 28th. The outcome exceeded expectations and I will return for future service issues.

Great garage with very amazing staff.I especially liked dealing with Sandra at the front counter. She is quick thinking and very knowledgable with Camaros

Excellent experience from start to finish. I called on Thursday and they were able to fit my car in the very next day. Communication was outstanding, they kept me updated by text, provided a detailed inspection report with photos, explained the issue clearly, and even identified who worked on my vehicle.

When a couple of replacement parts turned out to be faulty, they called right away to explain the delay. After I mentioned I needed the car for vacation on Monday, they offered to pick up the part on their own time over the weekend and have my car ready first thing Monday.

To top it all off, I got a surprise call and text Friday afternoon saying my car was ready because the part arrived on the last shipment of the day. You don't often find this level of customer service anymore. Honest, professional, and they truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend! Thanks Brett team. 🙏

Brought my SUV in as the A/C stopped working. My experience with SWC was excellent. Upon dropping it off, I was given a breakdown of the test to be done, an explanation of some possible causes, and potential costs. Later the same day, I received an e-mail with pictures and a description of exactly what was wrong. I was presented with two repair options, one of which was far less expensive. I picked up my SUV yesterday and the A/C is working, blowing cold air once again. Thank you SWC. I will happily recommend your shop.

Thank you,and I thank the team for fixing my car they did a fantastic job. If someonw asks me where I take my car in to get fix I will give them the address to your place.

I've used SWC at the Grahams Lane location since 2024.

Service has been excellent every time. My car remains in excellent condition due to their transparent process of detailing what maintenance is currently needed, or will be needed in future. I particularly like that because it also means if I know ahead of time something will eventually need to be fixed, I can budget accordingly now.

While the repairs and maintenance are not cheap (never are for a European vehicle), but I don't believe they are overblown. Even today, my total bill ended up being $400 less than originally quoted. That shows integrity that they don't want to overcharge their clients.

I also appreciate their customer service, which includes follow-up after any work done to make sure you are happy with the results.

Thanks SWC for your care in both my vehicle, but also my customer experience! Definitely recommend.

SWC was recommended to me by my dealership as they could not get me in for a timely oil change. This will not be the last time I use SWC. Friendly, accommodating and efficient. Highly recommend.

Great experience at SWC Automotive. Sunny really knows what he’s doing he diagnosed the issue quickly and handled the repair with confidence and skill. Honest, efficient, and professional service from start to finish. Definitely someone you can trust with your car. Thanks man

This automotive company was wondetful to work with, clean , friendly , work was done by informing me what they were going to do.
I highly recommend this company for your automotive needs

I was very pleased and satisfied with the prompt service to my Dodge Grand Caravan, and the friendly staff in the reception impressed me, particularly Sandra polite and thorough...
My vehicle is driving well Malcolm Hopkinson April 2026

Onceagain they have outdone themselves. Nick was fantastice to deal with as usual. The service was done quickly and without any surprises. I will recommend themto anyone needing quality auto servicing in Burlington.

From the very first phone call this place been absolutely nothing but professional, courteous, and accomodating. Professional and accurate written quote before work is done, and amazingly a courtesy car. This was awesome as my repair was major and required keeping my car over a weekend. Can not compliment enough.

I never fill these things in but feel compelled to. Wow…that was the best experience I’ve EVER had at ANY auto shop. Their communication, professionalism and knowledge are incredible. They take videos of what they see and they even have a solid warrantee to back up their work. I’m a big fan and will definitely be bringing my truck back should anything be needed. Forget dealerships that soak you. Go to this team and you won’t be disappointed. I’m so impressed. Thank-you.

I’ve had great experiences with SWC Automotive. The team is professional, honest, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Their digital inspections are a huge plus because you can actually see what they’re talking about instead of just being told what your vehicle needs. The courtesy vehicle option makes the whole process way easier, and the warranty on their work gives real peace of mind. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but SWC has definitely earned it. Highly recommend.

SWC provides excellent service. I have an older vehicle and I feel very confident after having my car serviced there. I appreciate their attention to detail.

I took my vehicle to SWC Automotive Harvester location in Burlington for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation after receiving their flyer in the mail. The price charged was exactly as advertised. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They have a really clean shop and ensure transparency. A detailed report with maintenance recommendations was provided. I would certainly return as needed for future maintenance. Thanks!!!

The team at SWC Automotive is by far ON TOP! I have been coming here for 5 years now and always feel a job well done without robbing me. 1 deal breaker for me is with every oil change they rotate your tires!!!! AWESOME and with my coupons it's $100 all in including tax! SYNTHETIC.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND SWC AUTOMOTIVE in Burlington, Graham rd

Great experience. Pleasant folks, honest, transparent, and no upselling (actually the opposite). They clearly explained what needed to be done now vs what could wait. Convenient downtown location as well.
