Excellent experience from start to finish. I called on Thursday and they were able to fit my car in the very next day. Communication was outstanding, they kept me updated by text, provided a detailed inspection report with photos, explained the issue clearly, and even identified who worked on my vehicle. When a couple of replacement parts turned out to be faulty, they called right away to explain the delay. After I mentioned I needed the car for vacation on Monday, they offered to pick up the part on their own time over the weekend and have my car ready first thing Monday. To top it all off, I got a surprise call and text Friday afternoon saying my car was ready because the part arrived on the last shipment of the day. You don't often find this level of customer service anymore. Honest, professional, and they truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend! Thanks Brett team. 🙏

Brought my SUV in as the A/C stopped working. My experience with SWC was excellent. Upon dropping it off, I was given a breakdown of the test to be done, an explanation of some possible causes, and potential costs. Later the same day, I received an e-mail with pictures and a description of exactly what was wrong. I was presented with two repair options, one of which was far less expensive. I picked up my SUV yesterday and the A/C is working, blowing cold air once again. Thank you SWC. I will happily recommend your shop.

I've used SWC at the Grahams Lane location since 2024. Service has been excellent every time. My car remains in excellent condition due to their transparent process of detailing what maintenance is currently needed, or will be needed in future. I particularly like that because it also means if I know ahead of time something will eventually need to be fixed, I can budget accordingly now. While the repairs and maintenance are not cheap (never are for a European vehicle), but I don't believe they are overblown. Even today, my total bill ended up being $400 less than originally quoted. That shows integrity that they don't want to overcharge their clients. I also appreciate their customer service, which includes follow-up after any work done to make sure you are happy with the results. Thanks SWC for your care in both my vehicle, but also my customer experience! Definitely recommend.

It was time to schedule the tire swap and thought I would give them a try. Very professional, friendly and easy to book an appointment. The value added, I was able to obtain a loaner car for the day which was fantastic as I could go about running my errands without interruption. The service team took photos of my vehicle, ran a complete diagnostic and emailed me the results with suggestions. I truly appreciate it as there were certain items that needed to be attended to, due to safety and with out Canadian winter quickly approaching. The biggest surprise, a thank you note left on the dash along with a couple of mints. I had to smile. Customer service all the way. Thank you for a great first time experience. See you in the Spring. I never fill these things in but feel compelled to. Wow…that was the best experience I’ve EVER had at ANY auto shop. Their communication, professionalism and knowledge are incredible. They take videos of what they see and they even have a solid warrantee to back up their work. I’m a big fan and will definitely be bringing my truck back should anything be needed. I’ve had great experiences with SWC Automotive. The team is professional, honest, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Their digital inspections are a huge plus because you can actually see what they’re talking about instead of just being told what your vehicle needs. The courtesy vehicle option makes the whole process way easier, and the warranty on their work gives real peace of mind. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but SWC has definitely earned it. Highly recommend.

I took my vehicle to SWC Automotive Harvester location in Burlington for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation after receiving their flyer in the mail. The price charged was exactly as advertised. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They have a really clean shop and ensure transparency. A detailed report with maintenance recommendations was provided.
