We had never used this company before, but got an oil change coupon flyer in the mail. We needed an oil change so we tried them out. They were fantastic! Did the oil change (flushed the system out because the old oil was sludgy). They replaced all our wipers as per my request. They found and fixed the check engine light that had been on for over a year, and the TPM warning light as well. They gave me a loaner car and were not sure if they’d have the parts today. I got a at 2:30, they were done!!! Everything! And the price was better than I was dreading!! The two service advisors, Nick and Rob, were so friendly, polite and knowledgeable! And there was a thank you card with two mints on our dash when I returned to pick up our car!! We highly recommend this business to all, and they have gained new customers for as long as we’re here!!

I want to thank the entire staff for the warm welcome and exceptional service I received on Harvester Rd while in Burlington. I drove over from Montreal and experienced severe problems with my braking system. SWC were able to accommodate me and get everything fixed in a few hours. In my 47 years of driving experience, I have never seen such attention to detail and friendliness. I am overwhelmed and cannot thank you enough.

I’ve been bringing my car to SWC for service for 2 years now. SWC has always been able to for me in quickly for service. SWC check things out , communicate very quickly on what they feel needs done. They follow up the email with a call to discuss and get approval to move forward. When I left the shop I felt confident that things had been taken care of. They were very helpful, courteous, and I felt the overall cost of service fair. I trust them with my vehicle and know they are going to be honest and upfront with me which I appreciate I’ll be taking my car back for any future repairs

I don’t usually leave reviews, but these folks really deserve a good review. Everything from booking the appt to them communicating a well documented inspection with pictures, to getting it done on time etc. They actually take their work seriously and provide you with a great level of service. Even had a loaner to give me for the day so I could drive my son to work while the repairs got performed. Highly recommend these folks. Great service at a fair price, great communication. Well done fellas.

I had my car towed over to swc on Harvester as it wouldn't start. Since I'd recently had my starter and battery replaced I really didn't know what the issue could be. It ended up being a very east fix thankfully (loose connections mostly), but the car had been checked top to bottom and they found a few other issues, some of which were fairly urgent. They were extremely thorough and sent pictures, solutions and suggestions. I had them do all of the recommended work. After picking up my car and driving off, I can say that my car hasn't been so quiet and driven so smoothly in years. They never pushed unnecessary work which is something I found at previous places, none of which fixed the noise issue and my car always continued to feel sluggish after services. I will be taking my car there going forward.

From the first phone call, the SWC Automotive team provided excellent customer service and communication. I got updates and scheduled in quickly and the price was very good. They also give free water and snacks. I was running late and the gentleman waited 10 minutes after close to make sure I could get my car. After taking our car to four different places with no answers—and being quoted $7,000 by the dealership without even knowing what the problem was—this garage finally figured it out. Just $500, and they backed their work with a 2-year/40,000 km warranty—proof they truly stand by what they do. The customer service was outstanding. Sandra, the receptionist and office manager, was incredibly compassionate, understanding, and patient. She took the time to answer every question and made us feel completely at ease. I appreciate the personal touches, like the Thank You card with handwritten notes and mints like luxury hotels do only for our cars. Also, the follow up call a few days later to make sure everything is working fine. We highly recommend this shop—10 out of 5 gold stars for workmanship, customer service and follow up! Awesome place! I service my CLA 250 every few months for an oil change and it's always been a great experience. Service advisor Nick at the Harvester location is very friendly and always provides details/photos of any additional work my car may need. Trustworthy staff and even offered me a loaner vehicle free of charge. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!! They're very straight forward and honest with what they're gonna do with your car. The report/receipt is incredibly detailed with pictures and videos compared to a dealership. Even warranty on parts and services. They also offered a temporary car for you to use, although I didn't need it. They do the small stuff that gives you peace of mind and you actually know what they're checking and fixing.

Great shop, each time I bring the car in they are open and transparent. Automotive service is fast and top notch, with pictures and reports provided in real time so you know exactly what is happening. Customer service is even better, with loaner cars provided as needed if the repair is going to take a while. Would not want to go to another shop.

This shop gets an easy 5/5 stars. They send you a detailed report of your car including picture proof of any issues. Very trustworthy mechanic. They also loaned me a car for free for the day, just had to pay for gas of course! Thanks again

Just went for a tire repair and what an amazing experience... No over billing, reasonably priced, outstanding service... they even have loaner cars, so that one is not inconvenienced.... They highlighted other issues in the car and there was no pressure to get the same done as of yesterday I would love to go to them always from now on
