Brought my car to SWC Automotive for an oil change, They also did a complete check of my car, like everything you can think of, at no extra charge. They found an issue with the inner and outer tie rod and sent me a video and pictures verifying the issue. As far as I know, I don't think any other auto shop provides pictures, videos and an extensive report on the condition of your car, SWC does. Richard

I was in a pinch and I contacted swc they had my vehicle in the shop within a few days and had the large job done by the weekend. I highly recommend these guys. They were knowledgeable professional and really quick!! As well as honest and upfront with me. They even gave me a pretty good price considering the job I had done. I’m more than happy with the service they did. I will be using them for all my family’s vehicle needs from this point forward.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I called on Thursday and they were able to fit my car in the very next day. Communication was outstanding, they kept me updated by text, provided a detailed inspection report with photos, explained the issue clearly, and even identified who worked on my vehicle.

When a couple of replacement parts turned out to be faulty, they called right away to explain the delay. After I mentioned I needed the car for vacation on Monday, they offered to pick up the part on their own time over the weekend and have my car ready first thing Monday.

To top it all off, I got a surprise call and text Friday afternoon saying my car was ready because the part arrived on the last shipment of the day. You don't often find this level of customer service anymore. Honest, professional, and they truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend! Thanks Brett team. 🙏

Brought my SUV in as the A/C stopped working. My experience with SWC was excellent. Upon dropping it off, I was given a breakdown of the test to be done, an explanation of some possible causes, and potential costs. Later the same day, I received an e-mail with pictures and a description of exactly what was wrong. I was presented with two repair options, one of which was far less expensive. I picked up my SUV yesterday and the A/C is working, blowing cold air once again. Thank you SWC. I will happily recommend your shop.

I've used SWC at the Grahams Lane location since 2024.

Service has been excellent every time. My car remains in excellent condition due to their transparent process of detailing what maintenance is currently needed, or will be needed in future. I particularly like that because it also means if I know ahead of time something will eventually need to be fixed, I can budget accordingly now.

While the repairs and maintenance are not cheap (never are for a European vehicle), but I don't believe they are overblown. Even today, my total bill ended up being $400 less than originally quoted. That shows integrity that they don't want to overcharge their clients.

I also appreciate their customer service, which includes follow-up after any work done to make sure you are happy with the results.

From the very first phone call this place been absolutely nothing but professional, courteous, and accomodating. Professional and accurate written quote before work is done, and amazingly a courtesy car. This was awesome as my repair was major and required keeping my car over a weekend. Can not compliment enough.

I never fill these things in but feel compelled to. Wow…that was the best experience I’ve EVER had at ANY auto shop. Their communication, professionalism and knowledge are incredible.
