I want to personally provide an update on the actions that SWC Automotive is continuing to take to help prevent the spread of the virus. As some of you may know, SWC Automotive was deemed an essential business and will continue to operate as long as it is safe to do so.
First, thank you so much for all you are doing. Know that all our decisions are balancing our team members and customer care, with science and facts, to serve our communities in the most impactful way we can, as long as it is safe to do so.
We now have new safety and prevention policies in place to protect our staff, our excellent clients and their vehicles.
We have spoken to clients that need to keep their vehicles maintained and reliable during this time. The precaution of social distancing is naturally making this a bit challenge. In order to assist our community, should you need any repairs, maintenance or services to your vehicle, for the remainder of March, please call or email to discuss your needs. We will, with utmost care, be picking up and delivering vehicles for free from within the Burlington area. We will take care of everything – Including the driving.
Our staff is using protective equipment and products wherever possible while in contact with your vehicle. Example; Seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats as well as personal coverage such as gloves.
We are currently using a disinfectant on any contact surface such as; exterior and interior door handles, steering wheel, gear shifter, any levers that are present as well as the driver’s side door, immediately. We will also perform this procedure when we leave the vehicle.
This way, if you need your vehicle serviced or repaired, you’re in good hands!
